VividAI is an AI video & photo generator supported by ads with optional paid features. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the content you create.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use VividAI ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. AI photo/video generation is intended for older users where required by law.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to use each photo, and you agree not to upload photos of other people, celebrities or public figures without their consent, and not to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexual or harmful content, or content that impersonates a real person. AI results are generated automatically and may vary; they are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial, creative use. You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded photos solely to generate your result and operate the service.
The App is supported by advertising and offers optional subscriptions and credits processed through Google Play Billing; price and terms are shown before purchase. Credits or generations, once consumed, are non-refundable except where required by law. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Videos and images are produced by AI from the photo you provide. Results are for fun and creativity, may not be accurate or realistic, and are not real footage. Do not rely on generated content as a depiction of real events or real people.
Generation requires an internet connection and depends on our and our providers' servers; features, templates and styles may change, and availability can vary by region and over time. Data charges from your carrier may apply.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
